- A successor has been chosen to lead NAC Southern Germany
Stuttgart. As previously announced, District Apostle Klaus Saur will be festively retired on Sunday, 23 April 2006. For 25 years, he has been the district apostle and church president of the largest New Apostolic District Church in Germany. Apostle Michael Ehrich (47) from Karlsruhe has been designated as his successor.
The New Apostolic Church of Southern Germany numbers some 120,000 members in 900 congregations. From its seat in Stuttgart, it also supports the work of the Church in another 30 countries, primarily in Africa and Eastern Europe.
