Arne Hermann is the name of the new Apostle for the northern parts of the New Apostolic Church Southern Germany. He was ordained by Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider during the Easter Day service in Mannheim, Germany.
Apostle Herrmann, who was born in 1975, is married and has two children. He studied computer science and business administration and worked as a management consultant. He received his first ministry in 1994, that of a Sub-deacon.
He had been serving as a full-time Bishop since 2020 and assisting Apostle Manfred Schönenborn. Apostle Schönenborn retired in the same divine service after 47 years as a minister. Chief Apostle Schneider thanked the Apostle for his loving and joyful work.
