The resurrection of Jesus Christ lies at the heart of the Christian faith—of our faith. Through it, God confirmed both the teaching and the very person of Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ came to proclaim a teaching to humankind that was unlike any other. He revealed the true nature of God to the people, telling them that God was their Father, that He loved them. What matters to Him is not merely the observance of certain commandments, rules, or laws, but the attitude of our hearts and the love we show. He is very close to us, and He cares about us. He is a God of mercy.
He is our God. He is not a God who punishes or seeks revenge.
Through the resurrection, God proved that Jesus is truly His beloved Son. God cared for Him throughout His life. But the priority was to help Jesus Christ enter the kingdom of God as a human and share eternal fellowship with Him.
That was the Father of Jesus Christ. And He is our Father as well. We believe that God loves us, not because He gives us a lot of money or solves all of our problems, but because His love allows us to remain faithful until the end and enter His kingdom. We know that He cares for us in our daily lives, yet that is not the most important thing. What matters most is that He wants to help us attain eternal life.
