- District Apostle ordains new Apostle
Emmanuel Quansah has just been ordained an Apostle to succeed Apostle Robert Ashie Kotei. District Apostle Michael Ehrich ordained the previous District Elder on behalf of Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider.
District Apostle Michael Ehrich, who is responsible for Ghana, retired Apostle Robert Ashie Kotei in a divine service on 18 June 2023 in Cape Coast, Ghana. Apostle Kotei had carried the Apostle ministry for almost 30 years. The District Apostle went on to ordain District Elder Emmanuel Quansah to succeed him.
Emmanuel Quansah was born in Gomoa Odina in 1968. At the age of 20 he was introduced to the New Apostolic Church. He received the sacrament of Holy Sealing in 1990. In 1991 he was ordained as a Deacon. Further ministerial levels followed. In 1994 he was ordained as a District Evangelist for his home district of Assin Nsutu. Four years later he was sent to the Cape Coast district as District Elder.
Apostle Emmanuel Quansah is married and the couple have five children. He works in security. In addition to Fante, which is his mother tongue, he also speaks English.
