Musuyi Felecien Ilunga, who most recently served as a District Evangelist, was ordained an Apostle for Lubumbashi North. Bishop Badibanga Samuel Tshinsambi was ordained an Apostle for Tshikapa. He was born in 1969. He is married and has seven children. He has been a minister since 1995 and has served as a Bishop since 2002, when he entered into the full-time service of the Church. He speaks Tshiluba and French.
