A District Apostle Helper is now active in the western part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo: Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider appointed Apostle Elie Tatien Mukinda Mudinganyi last Sunday, 15 September 2024, during a divine service in the capital, Kinshasa.
The 48-year-old has been ministering in the New Apostolic Church since 2006. In July 2021, the then District Elder was ordained an Apostle in Kinshasa. As an Apostle he looks after Kinshasa-West, one of ten apostle areas in the Congolese capital. Apostle Mukinda Mudinganyi supports District Apostle Michael Deppner (63) in his working area DR Congo West, which has more than 1.3 million members.
