- New Apostles ordained in September
Last month, the Democratic Republic of the Congo West not only received a District Apostle Helper and Switzerland a new District Apostle, but each district also received an Apostle. Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider ordained Albert-Philippe Kiakuma Nsukula as an Apostle for the western part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on 15 September 2024 and Christophe Domenig for Switzerland on 22 September 2024.
Albert-Philippe Kiakuma Nsukula was born in Matadi on 22 July 1977 and became New Apostolic at the age of eleven. He received his first ministry in 1998. He is married and has three children. He is a civil servant and speaks French in addition to his native languages of Kikongo and Lingala. He will now be responsible for the Inkisi Apostle district, which has been without an Apostle since March 2023.
