On 8 January 2023 alone, Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider ordained six Apostles in a divine service he conducted in Nairobi, Kenya. Two of these were ordained for the East African country of Tanzania and four for Zambia in the south of the continent.

Julius Mathayo Msambula (born 1977), who previously served as a Bishop, along with the hitherto Evangelist Charles Godwin Anangisye (1989), now work as Apostles in Tanzania.The latter is a qualified accountant who most recently worked in the field of agriculture.

Four Apostles were ordained for Zambia:

• Bishop Obed Chisenga (born in 1964), employed most recently as an insurance broker, will now serve in the working area of Mansa
• Bishop Michael Macha (1979), a customs officer, will serve in the working area of Livingstone
• Bishop Maeke Njunju (1968), a police officer and lecturer, is now responsible for the working area of Lusaka East-Kafue
• District Elder Ring Munkombwe Ndambo (1976), formerly the head of a secondary school and the minister responsible for music development in his present Apostle area of Choma.

Nestor Ndamba (1974), who had previously served as a Bishop, now serves as an Apostle in Chad. He was ordained on 5 February 2023 in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo. And on 12 March 2023, Walter Peter Schmidt was ordained an Apostle for the USA in Woodbury, New York. The former investment manager is now responsible for the North American working area of District Apostle Helper John W. Fendt, who retired in the same divine service.

On 25 March 2023, Chief Apostle Schneider performed five ordinations in Lomé, Togo. To begin with, the country of Gabon received an Apostle of its own, namely the hitherto District Elder Alain Serge Leghanza (1977), a civil servant who works as a teacher. Since an additional Apostle was needed to care for the many church members in Benin , the former District Elder Josias Houenou (1985), a primary school teacher, was ordained for that nation.

Beyond that, two Apostles were ordained for the country of Ghana, namely

• District Elder Alexander Poku-Akubia (1963), most recently engaged in research at the Electoral Commission in Accra, Ghana
• and District Evangelist Isaac Kofi Annan Mensah (1983), previously a bookkeeper and senior seminar tutor in his present Apostle district.

In the same divine service, a new Apostle was also ordained for Togo , namely the hitherto District Evangelist Ablam Degbe (1975), who is a teacher and co-founder of the Le Guide school complex in Vogan, Togo.
